About Me
I am a UEFA A Licenced Coach and have a MSc in Sports Science. I have worked in football for over 28 years.
During this time, I have helped countless players and coaches at 73 professional football club academies in the UK, providing technical, tactical, sport science and strength and conditioning support
I was fortunate to spend some time with AC Milan in 2007, where I had the pleasure of observing 1st team training and speaking to the 1st team players. I was lucky to meet both Paolo & Cesare Maldini's
I had an excellent long chat with Cesare Maldini who had played for AC Milan, and managed both AC Milan & Italy's National Team.
